Shipping rates and delivery times
Free shipping to EU countries, UK, Switzerland, Iceland and Liechtenstein with POST Luxembourg for orders over 135 €.

Shipping times begin 2-3 working days after the processing of the order has been confirmed. You will receive an e-mail once your package has been shipped.
Please note that in case of extraordinary circumstances we could require 4/5 working days to fulfill your order.

All orders are managed and shipped from our warehouse based in Luxembourg.

– Delivery in 3-5 working days for EU countries
– Delivery by 5-10 working days for deliveries outside EU

Art prints are shipped directly from our third-party service provider to you and delivery generally takes around 10 working days.

For orders under 135 € and for most non-EU countries we apply the following shipping costs:

5 € for Luxembourg
12 € for EU countries, UK, Switzerland, Norway, Iceland and Liechtenstein
20 € for the rest of world

This flat rate covers only the shipping cost and does not include duties, taxes, or other import charges levied by the importing country.
For non EU Countries cyclosophie is not liable for any local import duties and taxes.
In case of failure to collect the package or refusal of the delivery from the recipient, the latter bears the costs fir the failed delivery.

Where can I find the order confirmation email? 
As soon as you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email to the email address used for the registration. The email contains all the details of your order, so please ensure to use a valid and correct email address. If you do not receive this email, and it is not present in your inbox, please check in your junk or spam. In case you do not find it there either, please contact customer service at support@cyclosophie.com in order to ask for an extra copy.
