RETURNS

At cyclosophie, we are committed to providing you with the absolute best products, from how they fit to how they perform. If, however, you are not happy with your purchase or if the size of your product is not the right one, you can return or exchange the item(s). Returns and exchanges must be made within 14 days from order delivery date. 

Returns

You may return the items within 14 days from the order delivery date under the following conditions:

– Returned items must have all the tags.
– Items must be in original condition, unwashed and unworn.
– Items must be without any scuffs, scratches, stains or hair.
– In case you want to return a bundle (a pack of products), you have to return all the products included in the bundle.
– Try on your clothes with underwear and avoid using make-up or strong perfume.

You will bear the costs of the return shipping. We strongly recommend using a shipping method that provides a tracking number. Once we receive your return, we will send you an email notification and you will receive a refund of the purchase price using your original payment method. Postage fees will not be refunded, except if the item(s) are faulty or if you have received the wrong product.

Exchanges
We do understand that ordering your clothes online and not being able to try them on is not always easy. We are happy to assist you in case you wish to exchange the ordered clothes with the same item in a different size. You will bear the costs of the return shipping, however you won’t have to pay for the shipment in the new size. 

You may exchange the items within 14 days from the order delivery date under the following conditions:

– Exchanged items must still have all the tags.
– Items must be in original condition, unwashed and unworn.
– Items must be without any scuffs, scratches, stains or hair.
– Try on your clothes with underwear and avoid using make-up or strong perfume.

If you want to exchange an item, please:

1. Check online whether your item is still available in the desired new size. If not, you may choose a different design of the same price (the exchange conditions will still apply), or you may return your item for good (the return conditions will apply in this case).

2. Send an email to support@cyclosophie.com with your order number, item reference, your ordered size, your desired new size (and if not available, your desired new design). We will make all reasonable efforts to put the product aside for you. We will inform you in case the product has become unavailable in the meantime.

3. Fill out the return form provided with your order.

5. We will send you your new garment as soon as we have received the item you would like to exchange.

What if I received a damaged item?
At cyclosophie, we are committed to providing you with the absolute best products and check every single item before sending them to you. However, we recommend you to check your items for any damage and production problems. If you believe that your product suffered production or shipping damage, please contact us by email: support@cyclosophie.com. Don’t forget to add proof by including pictures of your damaged item to your email. We will get back to you as soon as possible.
